Spirits Beverage Journal

Integrating the Beverage Journal Media to your system allows you simplistic adding, ordering and pricing of all available items.  You link the current inventory in your database to the Beverage Journal entries. New items are added through the media, which automatically creates the link between your inventory database and the Beverage Journal.

  • View all of the vendors, their pricing structure and deal levels listed for each item
  • Use a “Suggested Orders” report and view the Beverage Journal simultaneously to save time on purchase orders and consistently order at the best price
  • Avoid selling below a minimum bottle cost for items linked to the Beverage Journal
  • Available in New Jersey, New York, New York City, Connecticut and Massachusetts only.

Software Training

Atlantic Systems Inc offers a comprehensive training course so that you can get the most out of your new POS System. Cashiers, managers and owners alike can get to know Spirits inside and out so that you can go forward with solutions rather than questions.

Spirits goes over the following topics:

  • Intro to Windows, Spirits Tour, Inventory System and List Processing.
  • Security, Purchase Orders, Suggested Orders and Inventory Stats.
  • Open forum on any Spirits topics for previously trained Spirits users. (Please submit list of items you would like to cover prior to scheduling review class)
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable or Quickbooks Interface.

Hardware Support

DELL computers come with a 3 year warranty which covers next day, on site service, with parts and labor included.

Software Support

ASI offers a software support contract according to number of users you have on your system. A user is defined as a computer or register. So if you have a computer in your office and two registers, you have a three-user system. Users fall into four different categories:

  • 1-2 users
  • 3-5 users
  • 6-10 users
  • 11-20 users

What does your software support contract give you ?

  • Unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
  • A support representative is available for emergencies :
  • Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday and Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
  • Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. EST
  • Program upgrades are distributed to you throughout the year.
  • Review classes are schedule throughout the month at ASI so you can take advantage of additional days of training each year.
  • ASI handles any changes needed due to sales tax changes.
  • ASI provides programs whenever a federal excise tax takes place.
  • ASI provides the best and most complete support available.

Data Conversions

Want to switch to Spirits, but are afraid of losing your valuable data from your other system? No problem, Atlantic Systems offers a solution. We can take your existing data and convert it for use in Spirits so you can start with an established database!
