Frequent Shopper

The frequent shopper feature allows the setup of ‘loyalty’ rewards for repeat customers. It collects points based on the dollars purchased and then turns them into redeemable store credit dollars for use at the cash register.  The setup defines a starting and ending date, assigns a ratio of dollars to points, applies a cutoff level for turning points into dollar credits, and sets a ratio for converting earned points into credit dollars.  Inventory items can be designated as being part of (or not) the frequent shopper program and may have additional point values assigned.
