Software Support
ASI offers a software support contract according to number of users you have on your system. A user is defined as a computer or register. So if you have a computer in your office and two registers, you have a three-user system. Users fall into four different categories:
- 1-2 users
- 3-5 users
- 6-10 users
- 10-20 users
What does our software support contract give you ?
- Unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- A support representative is available for emergencies
- Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
- Saturday and Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
- Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. EST
- Program upgrades are distributed to you throughout the year.
- Review classes are schedule throughout the month at ASI so you can take advantage of additional days of training each year.
- ASI handles any changes needed due to sales tax changes.
- ASI provides programs whenever a federal excise tax takes place..
- ASI provides the best and most complete support available.
