ASI offers a software support contract according to number of users you have on your system. A user is defined as a computer or register. So if you have a computer in your office and two registers, you have a three-user system. Users fall into four different categories:

Unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
A support representative is available for emergencies
Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
Saturday and Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. EST
Program upgrades are distributed to you throughout the year.
Review classes are schedule throughout the month at ASI so you can take advantage of additional days of training each year.
ASI handles any changes needed due to sales tax changes.
