At Atlantic Systems, Inc., we offer you a liquor store point of sale support contract according to the number of users you have on your system. A user is defined as a computer or register. So if you have a computer in your office and two registers, you have a three-user system. Users fall into four different categories:
  • 1-2 users
  • 3-5 users
  • 6-10 users
  • 10-20 users

What does our software support contract give you ?

  • Unlimited telephone support Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
  • A support representative is available for emergencies
  • Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
  • Saturday and Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST
  • Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. EST
  • Program upgrades are distributed to you throughout the year.
  • Review classes are schedule throughout the month at ASI so you can take advantage of additional days of training each year.
  • ASI handles any changes needed due to sales tax changes.
  • ASI provides programs whenever a federal excise tax takes place..
  • ASI provides the best and most complete support available.
